Overview
The World Certification Institute attracts a global membership representing competent professionals and practitioners from diverse occupational backgrounds and cross-functional disciplines.
There are five categories of individual membership and two categories of corporate membership. The individual membership categories provide for admission at levels that reflect skills and competencies attained.

Requirements for Membership
An essential criterion for individual membership is that an applicant must have been awarded a professional credential from World Certification Institute.
All members are required to demonstrate a reputation of integrity by agreeing to abide by a Code of Ethical Practices, or an equivalent code relevant to their occupational requirements and acceptable to World Certification Institute.

Individual Membership
The five categories of individual membership are:
- Associate Members : persons who have been awarded by the Institute with the professional credential of a World Accredited Practitioner; or a World Accredited Expert Practitioner or a World Certified Professional are eligible to apply. Associate members are authorized to use the post-nominal membership designation of AWCI.
- Full Members : persons who have been awarded by the Institute with the professional credential of a World Accredited Lead Practitioner or a World Certified Specialist Professional are eligible to apply. Full members are authorized to use the post-nominal membership designation of MWCI.
- Associate Fellows : persons who have been awarded by the Institute with the professional credential of a World Certified Master Professional are eligible to apply. Associate fellows are authorized to use the post-nominal membership designation of AFWCI.
- Fellows & Senior Fellows : admission to these two categories are strictly by invitation only. These classes of membership recognize outstanding leaders, thinkers and professionals in the diverse occupational fields, disciplines and areas of expertise. Fellows & Senior Fellows are authorized to use the post-nominal membership designations of FWCI and FWCI (Senior) respectively.
Corporate Membership
The two categories of corporate membership are:
- Affiliate Membership : applicable to firms, companies and organisations that are authorised by World Certification Institute to assist in examining, validating and authenticating the experiential skills and competencies of applicants for the award of the professional credentials by the Institute.
- Regular Membership : applicable to firms, companies and organisations that support the mission, goals and objectives of the global Institute, and are authorised by World Certification Institute to provide nominations for individual membership.

The following shows the fees for administering the membership awards. All fees paid are non-refundable.

*For Regular Membership, a company can nominate five eligible employees to be individually awarded a professional credential and become a member of the Institute. Such employees must pass the Eligibility Test to be considered for such award.
**Companies can nominate more of their employees for membership. The total fees payable will be computed, based on multiples of five eligible employees. As an example, if a company intends to nominate ten eligible employees, then the total fees payable will be US$3,500 (comprising $1,500 entrance fee and $2,000 annual subscription.
