WCI Fellowship recognizes individuals according to the level of professional experience, leadership, competence, and contribution attained within a specialized field. There are four categories of fellowship, of which two categories are restricted by invitation. The other two categories available for application are fellows and associate fellows.

A principal criterion for admission to WCI Fellowship is the attainment of an appropriate WCI credential award, or an equivalent professional award recognized by WCI.
The Associate Fellow category is open to individuals who have been conferred the World Certified Specialist Professional (WCSP) credential by WCI, or who meet equivalent criteria recognized by WCI.
The Fellow category is open to individuals who have attained WCI’s highest professional credential, the World Certified Master Professional (WCMP), or who meet equivalent criteria recognized by WCI.
All Fellows are also expected to demonstrate a strong reputation for integrity and professional conduct. As a condition of fellowship, fellows are required to agree to abide by the WCI Code of Ethical Practices, or an equivalent code relevant to their profession and acceptable to WCI.
Adherence to these ethical standards helps uphold professional integrity, reinforce public confidence, and protect the reputation of the WCI Fellowship community.
