We could see ‘bad surprises’ in inflation outlook, IMF’s Gourinchas says

IMF Chief Economist Pierre-Olivier Gourinchas says inflation will be elevated for longer, even as it softens in the second half of the year. But he warns Europe there could be some “bad surprises.”
